Glamorous Lashes and Brows Policies(PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)
At Glamorous Studio, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Glamorous Lashes and Brows experience.
We require a $30 booking fee to secure any appointment. This can be made via bank deposit or on our online booking system. This will be deducted from your final bill on the day.

Cancellation policy:(PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)
A Deposit is required to secure your appointment will be deducted from your total service's amount on the date of service
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment (as long as it is 24hours before your appointment time) and the Deposit will stay in your file until you receive the service.
If you wish to cancel and request a refund, a 10% processing fee applies. There are no fees for rescheduling. Please notify us directly if you would like to refund of your deposit.
If you CANCEL WITHIN 24hrs of your appointment, your deposit will beforfeited under all circumstances. This is because once your spot is booked, other clients are unable to take that time.
No-show, late arrival (more than 15 minutes) or failure to notify us of illness will also result in loss of deposit.
